Step 1 – Set up an innovation strategy

We begin with by looking both outside and inside to define an innovation strategy that supports the overall business strategy. Then we work closely with our clients’ executive and operational teams to develop a commerce experience management strategy for their digital shelves in existing and desired e-com platforms.

Step 2 – Run innovation sprints

We work with clients in a sprint-based approach to develop and launch minimum viable products consistent with the strategy. Offerings are evolved in this “test and learn” approach—and the less successful ones are dropped to free up resources for other projects.

Step 3 – Business and process re-build and scale-up

 We work closely with clients to help them make the transition from experimentation to execution of a new product, service, or business model.

Step 4 – Enable and implement the innovation

We help organizations identify the critical capabilities needed and define the best path to obtain them, whether through corporate venturing, partnership, acquisition, or internal development.
